About Us
Holy Spirit Special Education Advocacy Firm is a faith-driven non-profit organization dedicated to empowering families of children with exceptional needs and disabilities. We provide personalized coaching, education, and advocacy services to help parents understand and navigate the complexities of special education programs, including IEPs and Section 504 Plans. Our goal is to ensure that every child receives the support, accommodations, and opportunities they deserve to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
To make our services accessible to all, we offer income-based support for families in need. Through compassionate guidance, strategic advocacy, and Spirit-led encouragement, we walk alongside families with grace, knowledge, and integrity — because every child deserves a champion, and every parent deserves support.

Our philosophy is rooted in the belief that education should be inclusive, equitable, and infused with compassion — and that parents are their child’s first and most powerful advocates.
We approach every family with faith, dignity, and respect, understanding that advocacy is more than a service — it's a ministry. By blending professional expertise with Spirit-led support, we walk alongside families to ensure that every exceptional student receives the educational opportunities and care they need to thrive academically, emotionally, socially, and spiritually.

Instructing Parents and Providing Services
Free Education and Faith Based Encouragement for Parents
As part of our mission to uplift and educate families and communities, we offer free instructional sessions to help parents understand the critical processes and programs available in schools for students with disabilities and exceptional needs. These sessions are provided as a community outreach effort and are supported through donations.
Topics include:
- MTSS Process – Before Special Education, What’s Done?
A comprehensive overview of the Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS), helping families understand the interventions schools are required to try before a student qualifies for special education services. - 504 Program – The Fight for Civil Rights
An in-depth session on Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, which ensures students with disabilities receive equal access to education through necessary accommodations and support. - Special Education – Taking Care of Our Exceptional Population
A detailed explanation of the special education process under IDEA, including eligibility, evaluations, IEPs, and parental rights. - Monthly Bible Studies: Strength for the Journey
To empower and uplift parents of exceptional students, Holy Spirit Special Education Advocacy offers monthly Bible studies focused on strengthening faith, character, and resilience. Led by our team, these weekly gatherings provide a safe, Spirit-filled space for encouragement, prayer, and community. Each month introduces a new theme grounded in scripture to support parents emotionally and spiritually as they advocate for their children
💛 These sessions are offered at no cost. Donations are encouraged from those who are able, to help sustain and grow our outreach services.
Income-Based Services & Pro Bono Support
We are committed to equity and access for all families. All advocacy services are available on an income-based sliding scale for qualifying families. Additionally, up to 10% of our caseload is reserved for pro bono services. Families who apply for free services will be placed on a waitlist and served in the order applications are received.
As we are in the early stages of our mission-driven work, our ability to expand pro bono services depends on the generosity of our donors and supporters. Your contributions make it possible for us to serve more families in need.
Making Advocacy Accessible for All Families
At Holy Spirit Special Education Advocacy Firm, we believe that every family deserves access to quality support and advocacy, regardless of financial circumstances. To honor this belief, we offer an income-based sliding scale for qualifying families, modeled on federal poverty guidelines used in programs like WIC and SNAP.

Regular Services
Our personalized advocacy services are designed to guide, represent, and empower families through every step of the special education journey. These services are tailored to meet the needs of each individual student and family. Bellow you can find the list of advocacy services and the expected donation for each.
Individual Services
- 🧑🤝🧑 One-on-One Family Consultation – $75/hour
Private coaching and education to guide families through the special education or 504 process. - 🏫 In-School Meeting Advocacy – $100/hour
Representation and support during in-person ARD, IEP, 504, Manifestation Determination, or other special education meetings. - 💻 Virtual Meeting Advocacy – $75/hour
Support and representation for virtual school meetings (ARD, IEP, 504, etc.). - 📄 Review of IEP or 504 Plan – $75 flat fee
A detailed analysis of the child’s existing plan, with notes and recommendations for improvement.
